Destined for Purpose is committed to helping women flourish in every aspect of their lives by fostering holistic well-being—encompassing physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional health. My mission is to help women who feel weighed down by heartbreak, loneliness, and life’s unexpected challenges. For those battling self-doubt, loss of hope, or mental exhaustion, I am here to guide you toward healing, faith, and renewal.Through personalized coaching, inspiring workshops, empowering group sessions, transformative books and journals, and a nurturing community, I empower women to let go of past pain, rebuild their confidence, and step into a life filled with joy and purpose.
Our reach extends beyond individual support. We are committed to making a tangible difference in our community through food distribution, clothing and toy drives, and resume-writing workshops. Through these initiatives, we ensure that hope and practical help go hand in hand, uplifting those in need.
Looking ahead, our vision includes establishing a transitional home for young women, providing a safe space where they can rebuild their lives, grow in confidence, and step into their God-given potential.

About Our Founder
Monica Hall, a native of Brooklyn, NY, is deeply rooted in her community and committed to empowering women to live whole and purposeful lives. As a licensed evangelist and devoted mother to six beautiful children, she brings compassion, authenticity, and a faith-centered approach to her work.
With decades of leadership experience, Monica has dedicated her career to helping women and their communities navigate life’s complexities with strength and resilience. Drawing from her own journey of overcoming personal challenges, including struggles with suicide, anxiety, depression, and isolation, she founded Destined for Purpose LLC and Destiny Awaits. These platforms provide women with safe spaces for fellowship, healing, encouragement, and growth, while fostering a sense of connection and belonging within their communities.
Monica is a passionate author who has co-authored Activate Your Faith Sis and authored several transformative journals, including No Longer Broken, Embrace Your Power: A 30-Day Affirmation Journey to Confidence and Joy, and Finding Joy After 50. She is currently working on her memoir, sharing her journey of resilience and transformation to inspire others.
Her commitment to service extends beyond writing and coaching. Monica actively engages in her community through initiatives such as food distribution, clothing and toy drives, and resume-writing workshops. She was honored with the Woman of Valor Award and featured in Anointed Author Magazine, recognizing her contributions and influence.
An avid walker and lover of the outdoors, Monica draws peace and inspiration from nature, especially at the beach. She believes in holistic well-being, caring for the mind, body, and spirit as part of living a fulfilling life. Monica’s passion lies in helping women rediscover their worth, embrace their God-given purpose, and live with confidence, faith, and joy.

Destiny Awaits is a virtual monthly support group created to empower and uplift women as they navigate life’s challenges. Founded by Monica Hall, this community serves as a safe haven where women can build meaningful relationships, share their journeys, and find strength through connection.
After navigating my own struggles without a safe space to turn to, I realized how vital it is to have a community of women who truly understand and support one another. Destiny Awaits was born from this need, providing a nurturing environment where every woman is seen, heard, and valued.
Guided by the mantra “We are helpers one of another,” Destiny Awaits is a space for encouragement, personal growth, and shared wisdom. Whether you’re overcoming heartbreak, rediscovering your purpose, or simply seeking a supportive sisterhood, this group is here to remind you that you’re never alone.

Our Open Door Partnership
Every Saturday, we volunteer with Open Door Ministries to distribute food to community members in need. The program is not only in need of volunteers (literal hands and feet, ya'll!) but also needs monetary support in a new aspect of the program - providing fresh cooked meals to feed the shoppers.
