A gentle reminder that you’re not alone, and your peace matters too
Hi beautiful sister,
As we step into the holiday season, I wanted to check in on you.
Not the version of you that everyone sees —the one who smiles, keeps going, and handles everything with grace.
I mean the real you. The one who carries so much. The one who gives so much. The one who sometimes feels the weight of the holidays more than the joy.
Because the truth is…the holidays don’t feel the same for all of us.
Maybe your family dynamics have changed. Maybe this year feels heavier or different. Maybe old traditions don’t bring the joy they once did. Maybe you’re navigating a tough season — emotionally, financially, or spiritually.
If that’s you, I want to remind you of something tender and true:
💛 You are not alone.
You are not behind. And you are not “less-than” because this season looks different.
But I also want to honor the women who are in a season of peace right now — those who feel settled, stable, joyful, or restored. If this is a good season for you, I celebrate that with you. Your joy is sacred. Your stability is a blessing. Your peace is a gift. And it’s okay to fully embrace that without guilt. Your season matters just as much.
And if this year doesn’t fit the way it used to, it’s okay to create a new way of showing up.
🌿 Give yourself permission to do something different this year.
✨ Start a new tradition.✨ Do the thing that brings you peace.✨ If cooking all day doesn’t bring you joy… sis, release that pressure.✨ If being around certain people drains you… choose peace.✨ If you need quiet instead of chaos… honor that.✨ If you need rest instead of rushing… take it.
This season isn’t about perfection —it’s about presence. It’s about peace. It’s about giving yourself the grace to experience the holidays in a way that supports your soul.
And here’s something we forget:
💛 You’re allowed to change.
Your traditions are allowed to change. Your holidays are allowed to change.
Joy won’t always show up in the same package —but joy still belongs to you.
💛 My prayer for you this season
💛 May you find one moment that makes you smile. 💛 May you create something new that feels good to your heart. 💛 May you choose what brings you peace. 💛 And may you feel God’s love wrapping around you in every quiet moment.
However, this season looks for you, I’m grateful you’re here —and I’m praying peace and joy over you today.
Walking forward in purpose,
Monica
